Jing – ScreenCasting Software
Wednesday, August 6th, 2008 | General
So I’ve been playing around with Jing and I’m quite impressed. Previously I had always pushed “Print Screen” or “Alt + Print Screen” to captue my screen or active window. After capturing the screen I’d opened an image editing program (GIMP/PS/PAINT) and paisted it there as well as crop it or insert text, ect… Boring… Thats long and tedious and I always knew there was a better way to go about it. Sure enough, Nick Pike suggested I try Jing. This is a beautifully designed application that captues anything on your sceen and saves it to a multitued of places such as flickr/FTP/ScreenCast or even your clipboard.
